Kenneth Morgan Weinberg

Kenneth "Ken" Weinberg died June 13, 2011, in Flagstaff, AZ. He had been recovering from a serious car accident in May of 2010 that left him partially paralyzed. He was born April 30, 1947, in Lynnwood, Calif., and grew up in Las Vegas.


Mr. Weinberg proudly served in Vietnam 1967-68 with the U.S. Army 7th cavalry. He was the owner of Apex Hair Salon in Flagstaff the last 10 years.

 

His family would like to extend special thanks to his many friends in Flagstaff who provided needed assistance, support and love for Mr. Weinberg following his accident. He was a great son and friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.


Mr. Weinberg is survived by his parents, David and Edith Weinberg of Phoenix; two cousins; and other extended family and dear friends.  A celebration of his life will be held in mid-July.
