Carmen Ginger McDowell (Rogers)

Carmen Ginger McDowell (Rogers) was born in Las Vegas, NV on October 11, 1946.  She was educated in Las Vegas schools, and graduated from Las Vegas High School in 1965.

She married Douglas Howard Rogers in Las Vegas on November 14, 1969.  She passed away on January 24, 2008, a 62-year resident of Las Vegas.  No details are known about the cause of death or where she is buried.
