Deceased February 13, 2005
Pat Dennis Dibble, 57, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005. He was born Aug. 1, 1947, in Pocatello, Idaho, and resided in Las Vegas for 44 years.
Pat graduated from Las Vegas High School class of '65 and UNLV class of '69 with a degree in accounting with a certified public accountant (CPA) that launched a career in Nevada Resort Management including Nevada Gaming Board and Caesar's Palace.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Bertha ne de Verona Dibble-Sullard; two sons, Patricio and Thomas, all of Las Vegas; brothers, Thomas of Sandy, Utah, Edward of Las Vegas, Terry of Boise, Idaho and Robert of Berkeley, Calif.; and mother, Wanda Dibble Morris of Las Vegas. Pat was preceded in death by his father, Thomas A. Dibble. In lieu of flowers, donations to University of Nevada Library Fund are requested.

Pat and I were friends, we spent some time together the last few years of his life. One thing I remember for sure since we talked about it many times was he was really looking forward to our LVHS '65 40th reunion. Amazing that he passed just months before it took place. As it turned out Pat was pretty successful. He made a name for himself in the gaming business which I found out more of after his death. Pat was loads of fun, we were roommates more than once and I can say from my view he lived a fun life. Even though he left us early he got a lot out of his life, he liked to say he was from the 1965 Class of Las Vegas High School, and, the 1969 Classs of UNLV. We miss you Pat.
