I probably had not seen David since high school when, many years ago, I unexpectedly ran into him at a drug store in Las Vegas.  I was very pleasantly surprised to see him again, we hugged, took a little time to catch up, and I haven't seen him since that day.  I had heard recently that he was having medical issues.

Rest in peace, my friend!!

David and I were friends at LVHS.  He was a really nice person. He and his wife were very good clients of my Furniture store in the 80's, and so were his parents, and bother Jessie. I really enjoyed seeing both brothers at the airport. They always seemed to be smiling and laughing when they saw me. It either was what I was wearing or their memories of me in High School......May the brothers both rest in Peace, and know that  they were a blessing for all..

David pictured in Roy Martin Jr. High basketball team photo. He was a standout then, and I can tell from his obituary that he continued to be a standout through his life. Go in Peace, David.
